My standard brim and straight cone witch hat made from a high quality, soft and luxurious blue suede upholstery fabric. A light and adorable embroidery of a kitty on a crescent moon. A single blue ribbon rose with green sprigs are hand stitched in place. . Black poly lining. Brim and cone are wired for bending and shaping fun.
