My standard brim and straight cone witch hat made from a high quality, soft and luxurious purple upholstery fabric.. A black twisted cord wraps around the base of the cone and is hand stitched in place. Finished off with a single black rose. Black poly lining. Brim and cone are wired for bending and shaping fun.
Size “Medium”.
Fits a 22"-23" head best.
Approximately 19” wide x 16” high
Care: May be spot cleaned with damp cloth if needed. Not water resistant. Do not wear in rain.
